Unless it receives over half a dozen separate approvals, AGL’s floating gas factory and pipeline cannot proceed.
AGL has been unable to show the EPA how they could possibly manage the chlorinated wastewater from regasification, and the rightful Owners of the land that would be decimated by the proposed pipeline, the Bunurong have made it abundantly clear that they do not, and will not give permission for the project on their land.
